FAQ
How is the photos delivered?
All photos will be delivered through e-drive and valid for 1 years.
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
All softcopy will be return within 1 month.
How is the editing?
All softcopy will be enhanced with the color tone, lighting, crop to size and sharpness only.
What if we want the photo delivered faster?
Additional charges of RM 300 to get it within 7 days and peak season will be RM 500.
Can i request for hardcopy prints?
We only provide softcopy via online cloud/drive however prints can be arrange with additional charges.
What if we had exceed the duration?
Once the duration has been exceed, we will notify you and a buffering time up to 30 minutes will be given. An additional charges of RM 200/Hour will be implemented after the buffering time.
How does the process work?
1. Contact Us
Contact us via whatsapp and fill out form for ceremony details.
2. Set & Booking
A deposit of 30% of actual prices will be collected and confirmation email with an agreement of services will send. Both parties will required to sign.
3. The Big Day
Our team will be arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony. Bride & Groom can just enjoy the ceremony and leave the rest to us.
4. Photos & Prints
Final Photos will be delivered to you within 1 month via online and further discussion for prints needed with extra charges.
